Sapper Labs Group:

Website Redesign

The Opportunity

Sapper Labs Group had a strong reputation in highly specialized intelligence and operational work, but the website didn’t reflect the depth or sophistication of the organization. The existing structure made it difficult for users to quickly understand what the company actually did, with services presented in a way that felt fragmented and overly technical.

There was a clear opportunity to reposition the digital experience so it better matched the calibre of the work being delivered. This meant translating complex, intelligence-driven services into a clear narrative that different audiences—government, defence, enterprise, and critical infrastructure operators—could immediately understand.

At the same time, the site needed to evolve beyond being a static information page into a more strategic tool for business development. This required improving hierarchy, strengthening messaging clarity, and creating a more intuitive path through services so users could quickly identify relevance and capability.

Ultimately, the opportunity was to turn a technically dense, under-leveraged website into a structured, credible, and scalable platform that better supported trust, clarity, and growth.

Website Redesign

my role

Leading the website redesign for Sapper Labs Group, I managed the project from strategy through execution — designing and developing the full experience in Squarespace. I worked closely with leadership to translate highly technical services into a clear, credible, and user-focused digital experience. The project focused on simplifying complex service offerings, improving site structure and navigation, and creating a stronger online presence that reflected the sophistication of the company’s capabilities while supporting future growth and business development.
