Hunchly:

Website Redesign

The Opportunity

As a platform trusted by investigative professionals, Hunchly needed a digital experience that better reflected its mission of accessibility, clarity, and ethical investigation practices. The existing website struggled to communicate the product’s value to new users clearly, showcase the broader brand story, and support evolving pricing structures and future product expansion.

The goal was to create a website experience that aligned with the company’s mission while improving how users understood, explored, and adopted the platform.

Website Redesign

my role

Acting as the client-side marketing lead, I partnered closely with the agency team to guide the strategic and creative direction of Hunchly’s website redesign. I helped align stakeholders across product, leadership, and marketing, contributed to positioning and messaging decisions, and ensured the final experience reflected both user needs and the company’s long-term vision. The project focused on clarifying the product offering, improving the customer journey, and creating a stronger digital foundation for future growth.

Graphic Design

After leading the redesign process with the agency, I developed and delivered a refreshed brand guidelines document for the Hunchly team to ensure consistency across all future marketing and product communications.

What they had to say:

  • "Nikeita was a strong advocate for the Hunchly redesign. She helped drive alignment across teams, kept the work focused, and ensured key details like pricing and positioning were well thought through. Her steady hand and clear communication helped bring the project to a successful launch. Her ability to keep multiple tracks moving forward made a meaningful impact and helped the team show up with confidence."
